Not satisfied? No problem! You may return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Returned products will only be accepted if they are unopened and, where possible, still packed in their original packaging.
- Marie-Stella-Maris products ordered on an external website cannot be returned to Marie-Stella-Maris.


Pickup service The Netherlands €5,29

- Let us collect your return for €5,29
- Pickup from your home or office.
- The return must be sent in the original box.
- No printer needed, you book your return online.
- Pay via iDEAL.
- You get a shipping receipt with Track & Trace when your package is collected.
- You get an automated message when we receive & process your return. 

How it works?

1. Click on the button ‘register your return’.
2. Register your return request and choose the time and place of the pickup.
3. Pay via iDEAL for the pickup service.
4. You get an email confirmation from Returnista with all the details.



Send it yourself The Netherlands 
€5,29

- Send your return via UPS or DHL for €5,29
- Take your package to the UPS/DHL point.
- The return must be sent in the original box.
- You need  a printer to print your UPS/DHL label.
- Pay via iDEAL.
- Make sure that the packing slip is included in the box so that we can process the return quickly.
- You get a shipping receipt with Track & Trace when your package is sent.
- You get an automated message (by mail) when we receive & process your return.

How it works?

1. Click on the button ‘register your return’.
2. Pay for your return label via iDEAL.
3. You get an email from Returnista with your UPS/DHL return label. You have to print the label and attach it to your package.
4. Take your package to your nearest UPS of DHL point to send it.



How can I return an order from abroad?

If you live abroad and want to return an order, you can send an email to customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com for further instructions. Once we have received and processed your package, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used for the original purchase within 7 working days. When returning your package, always ask for a track & amp; trace code. Without this code, we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company. The costs for returning the product(s) will be borne by the customer
