Love for the sea, love for the countryside. Passion for the culinary riches of Zeeland. That marks the team of Restaurant Mezger! The chefs uses local ingredients from sea and land. And since April they also contribute to clean drinking water projects worldwide by serving our mineral water.
Two experienced chefs who work together, share knowledge and experience and multiply their love for the ingredients from Zeeland. Jeroen Tanis and Sander de Jong direct the cuisine of Restaurant Mezger to a high level.

Jeroen and Sander use local ingredients from Zeeland. They have a special herb garden and soon they wil plant there vegetables too. Also, meat and fish come from local farms and the nearby North Sea. What else would you expect from a 'Zeeuwse' culinary experience?

Lunch: from Friday to Monday 12h - 14h
Dinner: from Thursday to Monday from 18h (kitchen closes at 21.30h)
