When placed an order online, we strive to get your purchase at your home as soon as possible. All orders that are placed before 15:00, are send out on the same day. No, we do not offer an option to deliver at two addresses. We would advise you to make separate orders for separate shipping locations.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. Do you still want for example a different scent? You can always return the product(s) you purchased. Just return the purchased products and order the right products(s) in our webshop. Orders received before 15:00 on business days will be send out the same day!

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your purchase, than the following could have gone wrong:
- Your provider possibly scans our mailings as spam and has deleted/moved this to the spambox;
- You have made a typing error in your e-mail address;
- You have paid through an automatic direct debit, in this case it can take up to two days for your bank to approve the payment. For which reason you will receive a confirmation e-mail after.
